On yet another hot Friday in London, fans make their way The Garage to sweat in a hot venue.

The Inside Is Live, had what can only be described as a solid set. The band energetically jumping, head banging and danced, well what I suppose was very interesting dancing, however when is there really a better time to bust a few moves than in your own set! This day and show also saw the release of the Nottingham based band’s new album ‘The Great Brand New’.

Norwich pop rockers Hours, had an excellent set tonight and really brought energy to the venue as they bounced around the stage and even the pit at times! It won't be long before this band are headlining this venue to a sold out crowd, with their full sound and stage presence. Even with technical difficulties the band pulled through with ease. They are going to be a tough act to follow tonight!

Headlines Neon Sarcastic had a fun set with their pop rock sound and interesting dancing! Yes, this apparently was the night to bust your best moves. Playing both originals and covers of Rihanna's ‘Umbrella’ and You Me At Six's ‘Save It For The Bedroom’ that went down well with the audience.
